Peach Liqueur, this recipe makes around 1 Litre of wonderful peach liqueurFresh Ripe Peach Segments

You will need:

  • 12 medium sized Peaches
  • 4 Lemon peel strips, remove pith
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 3 cups of your favorite Vodka
  • 1 cup Sugar syrup

Use Ratio of:

  • 450 g (1 lb) Cherries
  • 85 g (3 oz) Sugar
  • 150 ml (1/4 pt) Brandy.

Increase each keeping the ratio equal for a higher volume of liqueur
